At 21Shades, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange for eligible products.

Eligible Exchanges

Products can be exchanged in the following cases:

  • Wrong size received

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Incorrect product delivered

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact

  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

Size Exchanges

  • First size exchange is free

  • If a second exchange is requested, shipping charges will apply

Design/Product Exchanges

  • Design or product exchanges may be allowed depending on availability

  • Customers may need to bear applicable shipping charges

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events

  • Combo offers or bundle products

  • Mystery products

  • Gift cards

  • Freebies or promotional items

  • Products with removed or damaged tags

  • Used, washed, or worn products

3. Return Policy

At 21Shades, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier partners

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

Return Request Requirements

To request a return:

  • Raise the request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photo/video proof while submitting the request

  • Ensure the item is unused and in original condition with all tags attached

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval

Return-to-Origin (RTO) Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable during delivery

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to respond to courier calls/messages

then:

  • Shipping and return charges will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer for re-delivery

5. Quality Check

All returned or exchanged products go through a strict quality inspection.

21Shades reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • Tags or packaging are missing

  • The claim appears fraudulent or abusive

The final decision after inspection will be considered binding.

6. Important Guidelines

  • Please record an unboxing video while opening your package

  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted

  • We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before ordering
